Our Story
PB08 is the district code for the District of Jalandhar in Punjab, India. All the small towns and cities encompassing the district of Jalandhar are known for their delicious street foods. Here we are bringing some of those cravings to you directly to your taste buds using authentic Punjabi recipes.

Haveli style thali (veggie)
Saag, daal, raita, choley, makhan, achar, salad, roti or naan served with a large glass of lassi.

Choley Bhature
A combination of chana masala (spicy white chickpeas) and bhatura, a fried bread made from maida.

Grilled chicken marinated in our special tangy indian sauce, served on a skillet.

Butter Chicken
Boneless tandoori chicken cooked with rich tomato cream gravy.

Gol Guppay
A popular bite-size chaat consisting of a hollow, crispy-fried puffed ball that is filled with potato, chickpeas, onions, spices, and flavoured water, usually tamarind or mint, and popped into one’s mouth whole.

Choley Kulche
This combination of boiled chickpeas (chole) and a soft white flour bread (kulcha) is served garnished with chopped onions, juicy tomatoes, powdered spices and a generous squeeze of lime.
